Reeth lies in beautiful Swaledale, dominated by the village green with breathtaking views, it is the perfect place for visiting the Yorkshire Dales. There are plenty of stunning walks direct from the cottage and after a hard days hike, Reeth offers several pubs and cafes to choose from as well as a delicious organic bakery. Craft workshops selling pottery, paintings, woodwork and sculptures etc surround the village green. A market visits every friday selling local produce. Larger shops can be found at nearby Richmond and Leyburn. Reeth offers a real step back in time, a chance to unwind and totally relax, to breathe the fresh air and take in nature. Enjoy a real Yorkshire welcome.

There are quaint market towns offering delicious homemade teas and cakes and an abundance of walks to suit everyone. Meander along a river path or climb over Buttertubs Pass and enjoy a picnic amongst breathtaking scenery. Our two boys love the walk over Reeth Swing Bridge and fishing for sticklebacks in the Swale!!! All of this set in the most spectacular part of the world, Yorkshire.
